Exercise is one thing to not forget while trying to lose alot of weight or just a few pounds. While losing pounds you will need to tighten that lose skin. After all the whole idea behind losing weight is too get fit. Exercise not only helps you look better, it also helps you feel better. Usually when we finally figure out our butts are getting as wide as the chair we have been parked in , simply dieting is not going to be enough. As most of us has figured out it is easier to gain the weight than it is to shed unwanted pounds! I am going to be posting different types of exercises. If anyone knows of any ways to tone and firm I ask that you would please post your information.

Yesterday I went fishing on the Skyway Fishing Pier. I caught myself a couple of really nice fat 23″ Groupers. If you have ever eaten fish before you probably know that Grouper is some awesome tasting fish. My son and I tried a new recipe, we threw some on the grill. We put some Basil, butter and lemon juice on some nice size fillets, wrapped them all separately in some Aluminum foil and called it dinner. As we all know doctors tell us fish is very healthy eating. I actually like to fry up a big mess of fish but as we also know fried foods are fattening, so try to avoid them. Anyone knowing of some great grill or baked fish recipes, please post them. Thanks!
